The Trainees Indexed Levels (TIL)

The Trainees Indexed Level (TIL) is a ratio calculated as the following: Assigning the value 1 to each level ticked and eventually a number between 0 and 1 corresponding to the percentage specified by the trainer, giving n1 for False Beginners, n2 for Elementary, n3 for Pre-intermediate and n4 for Intermediate. Afterwards calculating the following ratio:

The Trainees Indexed Level (TIL) is a mean representing the overall average level of trainees in a group or a classroom.
